Got Your Back is a series of back portraits created by Aziziah Diah Aprilya between 2021 and 2024. Using a phone camera, Zizi captures the diverse backs of people that, on a mental level, correlate with various spatial and landscape conditions.
In documenting the backs of individuals who are facing and experiencing something, Zizi weaves in shared reflections on dwelling, generational shifts, change, burdens, and the surrounding relationships.
